A Graduate of Duquesne University, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dick Murphy entered the "Land Development" Industry in 1965. He began his career by selling lots, mainly at Bear Rocks, Alpine Lake Terra Alta, & Westwood Shores.
He then joined the timeshares sales gurus & worked in a variety of resorts, to name a few, Walden on Lake Conroe, Fairfield Glade, & Fairfield Ocean Ridge.
During Dick's career, he held different managerial positions in namely, Four Seasons Camping Resort, Marina Village at Westwood Shores, Lazy Creek Resort, The Landing at Seven Coves, & Cypress Lakes Sports Club.
Dick Murphy is the Owner-Developer of Marina Vista, Conroe.
